Regular massage therapy is the key to keeping your body finely tuned throughout life, whether you are an athlete or do a lot of desk-work; Once a week is the ideal ratio to keep yourself relaxed and free from any tightness.


Each session is 1.30 hrs long and will include some information forms to fill out if its your first time,  and you will receive a copy of the session notes and recommendations.
