I'm Peter Turnbull, I'm the founder of Turnbull Training, I specialise in Unstopabull Fitness, getting people fit quickly and safely outdoors in the fresh air and nature.
There is huge amounts of evidence on the effects on the human body and mind when your exercise is accomplished outdoors. This is why I love it and my clients do too !
Unstopabull Fitness is a philosophy and way of life, I find people who want to get fit are always looking to find a gym to train in, however the best gym is just outside the front door or where you stand.
The only thing standing in your way of supreme fitness is your state of mind.
I have over ten years experience training individuals and groups in the gym to exercise effectively, ranging from the little old lady next door who wants to lose weight and run her first half marathon, to the young adult with learning difficulties who wants to run his first full marathon, even the Grandad who's always wanted to be fit enough to do a triathlon.
Group training from private training for groups of mums to corporate teams, training towards a specific event to encourage team cohesion and team building experience.
Alongside my fitness training, I offer my clients nutrition strategy that works and is convenient, taking into consideration their current lifestyle and where they want to be in future with their physique and performance.
I am also a qualified sports massage therapist with an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology/biological systems.
Being able to impart my knowledge really allows me to address any imbalances that can occur during their progress, injury prevention and recovery is paramount to a successful program.
